Ali Çeven, the leader of the Kurdish Leaders Association, was arrested by Turkish security forces on Monday 29-1-2024 on charges of propaganda for terrorism for appearing with the Kurdistan flag on social media.

⚫But in fact, the PKK does not use the Kurdistan flag, and the Kurdistan flag is the flag of an official region called the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, which is recognized in the constitution of that country.

What is the reason for Ali Çevan's unjust arrest? Is raising the flag of a recognized nation a terrorist?
If the prosecutor general declares the Kurdistan flag as a flag of terrorism, why don't they demand the arrest of Turkish officials? Most of the Turkish officials have spoken under that flag and visited the Kurdistan Region.
If the prosecutor general does a Google search, he will see that the PKK flag is different from the Kurdistan national flag! But obviously our ancestors were right that the enemy of father and goods does not become the friend of youth.
Turkey is a racist state. They make baseless and childish accusations against anyone who demands their basic rights. They want everyone to live in Turkish. There are 45 million Kurds living in this country and millions of Greeks, Armenians and Arabs One of these nations did not give and tried to Turkify them.
